  • All products are made in small batches, and slight variations in size, color, or scent may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality.

  • By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders must be placed through our official website or authorized sales channels.

  • Payment is due at checkout and must be received in full before an order is processed.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping

  • We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct.

  • JRW Soap Co. is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the personal nature of soap and skincare products, all sales are final.

  • Soap and other body products cannot be returned or refunded because we cannot guarantee whether an item has been used or tampered with.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to make it right.

5. Allergies & Product Use

  • Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and ingredient lists prior to purchase.

  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

  • JRW Soap Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our products are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • JRW Soap Co. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

7. Changes to Terms

  • JRW Soap Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Refund & Return Policy

At JRW Soap Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on soaps and skincare items.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

  • Soap and other bath products cannot be returned because we cannot guarantee whether they have been used or not.

2. Exceptions

We will provide a replacement or store credit if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof.
